DCBFIT is open Monday thru Friday (starting at 5:15 AM) and Saturdays (starting at 8:15 AM).
Each Class is 45 Minutes allowing for maximum efficiency when it comes to your workouts!!
Each Class Type is featured weekly in morning, mid-day and evening.
The schedule is “shuffled” weekly to provide versatility to match your busy schedule.
